We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Real Estate Agents to join our team in the East Rand, Johannesburg. This is a full-time, remote role that offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere. As a Real Estate Agent with NORTHPOINT REALTY GROUP, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting property market analysis to determine competitive market prices.
2. Negotiating contracts and facilitating smooth property transactions.
3. Providing exceptional customer service and promoting properties effectively.
4. Working towards achieving sales goals and collaborating with clients.
5. Maintaining a strong knowledge of real estate trends and developments.

We are looking for both Commercial and Residential agents to join our diverse team. In addition to a competitive commission structure that varies depending on turnover (ranging from 50% to 80% commission), you will benefit from our comprehensive support system designed to help you succeed. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. A valid Real Estate License and strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property.
2. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
3. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Experience in property market analysis and contract negotiations.
5. The ability to work independently and remotely.
6. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
7. Experience in the East Rand, Johannesburg real estate market is a plus.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
