Our client, a dynamic and innovative production company, is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team. Overview: The Accountant will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data. You will work closely with production and corporate teams to provide accurate financial insights, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct cost analysis for production and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
- Assist in external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies.
- A recognized accounting qualification.
- Proven experience in the corporate sector, preferably within the FMCG or production industry.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial management software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
