Sales Representative - Rustenburg R22 000 - R25 000CTC + commission + fuel

Introduction

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to support and assist the growth of the Rental Business by growing the Rental Fleet to Budgeted levels and keeping Utilisation levels above 80% at all times. Focus areas will be growing revenue in the mining and construction sector in Rustenburg.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations – call on new and opposition customers
• Focus on growing the mining and construction sectors in Rustenburg
• Identifying customer requirements and meeting/exceeding their needs - Maximizing mainly rentals (and sales where warranted) by championing excellence in customer service.
• Meet targets and monthly deadlines
• Achieving goals in line with the company vision
• Grow the brand - Build and maintain relations in order that the company becomes the preferred supplier
• Maintain continuous improvement attitude
• Handling of complaints and queries within 24 hours
• Achieve monthly rentals (and sales) targets
• Maintain and build relations with key accounts customers
• Confirming operations (deliveries, collections, swops, service and relocations) with ops daily
• Ensure all rental & sale quotes are correct
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly rentals and sales reports
• All documentation for rental & sales packs must be compiled correctly and accurately

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric
• Own vehicle and driver's license
• Proven sales experience in the construction | mining sector required
• Positive attitude, high energy and motivational levels
• Great team player, Good personal, interpersonal and communication skills
