By providing comprehensive support across operations, marketing, and finance, they enable recruiters to focus on what they do best—recruiting. Since their launch in 2020, they’ve built a robust portfolio of partners and are now at a critical growth stage. With 35 partners currently on board, they aim to double this number in the next two years. To achieve this, they are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to support their existing partners and help them maximize the services offered. This role is a maternity cover contract (with possibility of full-time based on performance), reporting directly to the Director of Growth. It is a pivotal hire that will shape the company's customer success strategy and contribute to the evolution of new service offerings.Job Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Customer Success Manager , you will:- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's services.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the customer success experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth to improve existing services and identify new opportunities to support partners.
- Proactively identify challenges faced by partners and provide tailored solutions.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure partner satisfaction and business success.
- Work cross-functionally with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to help scale the business and enhance overall partner engagement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:- Experience in the recruitment industry, either as an agency recruiter or within a recruitment technology company.
- Proven experience in a Customer Success / Operations or similar role.
- Knowledge of business operations and how to support SaaS products effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tackling challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with partners.
- A passion for working in a dynamic start-up environment and contributing to the growth of a successful business.
