Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of media and advertising campaigns. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management
  2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for media and advertising campaigns.
  3. Coordinate cross-functional teams (media planning, creative, strategy, and analytics) to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs or priorities.
  5. Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and business objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  2. Foster strong relationships with media vendors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  3. Facilitate internal communication to align teams on project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Quality Assurance
  1. Oversee the quality of all deliverables to ensure they meet Zenith Media’s standards and client expectations.
  2. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
Risk Management
  1. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  2. Troubleshoot issues proactively and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution.
Skills and Competencies:
  1. Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and execution processes.
  2. Proficiency in project management tools.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and inform decision-making.
Hard Skills:
  1. Able to effectively project manage.
  2. Numerically strong and analytically able.
  3. Strong communicator with effective interpersonal relationships across team and clients.
  4. Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Word, best-in-class Power Point, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications.
  5. The ability to synthesize and reduce different inputs to create a well-considered and accurate representative view.
  6. English fluency and language skills for effective business writing.

Qualifications
  1. Certification in Project Management.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in project management within a media, advertising, or marketing environment.
  3. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
