Employer Description UK Based SAGE BPDuties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates meetings with customers to create report specifications and develops time/cost estimates
- Manages multiple concurrent report requests
- Performs quality assurance testing prior to releasing reports to production
- Maintains Crystal Reports Server and our standard report library
- Provides end-user training and support
- Provides expert level user support in the research and resolution of complex data issues
- Generates Quest reports
- Documents business requirements, timelines, develops and executes test plans, and coordinates user testing
- Provides complex system-wide ad-hoc reporting support to business clients
- Manages reports library and procedures
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications- Sage X3 Certified
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Finance
- 7 years' + Experience in SEI & Crystal Reports
- Experience with Quest Analytics
- Proficiency with SQL Server
- Proficiency in testing/debugging reports and SQL statements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to all levels
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports 2013 or 2016 running standalone against Microsoft SQL Server and optionally Oracle databases
