Job Title: Digital Communications Lead
To lead and be responsible for the design, content, and effective measurement of all digital communications for Clicks and Partner, influencing cross-functionally with other teams to identify and develop new and innovative methods of digital communications to maximize value (revenue and income).Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for digital marketing communications and customer experience.
- Plan, develop, and execute compelling email, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Evaluate and test new and innovative communication tactics and channels, looking at best practices.
- Segment needs into effective inspiring digital communications with detailed plans.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Job Experience:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing (desirable in retail/FMCG marketing), with at least 3 years’ experience in digital communications, communications, or public relations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading teams and creating a motivating and high-performance environment.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree (or relevant discipline, e.g., Marketing).
- Digital marketing principles, practices, and global trends (expert).
- Shopper psychology and effective marketing communication (seasoned).
- Understanding of best practice principles and technology enablers in relation to digital communication and trends (seasoned).
