About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll perform complex research, design, and software assignments. You will provide input to project plans, scheduling, and methodology while developing cross-functional software products. You'll be working on individual tasks and solving problems.

Responsibilities

1. Interfacing with other personnel or team members to finalize requirements
2. Completing complex bug fixes and resolving technical issues
3. Implementing development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
4. Operating in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
5. Training entry-level engineers, ensuring that they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles
6. Designing and working with complex data models

Requirements

1. Have a BS degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
2. Have substantial Software Development experience
3. Have an excellent understanding of data modeling principles, data manipulation languages, and storage systems
4. Be expert in development languages, including C, Microsoft SQL Server, C#.net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in web technologies (Angular, Soap Services (WCF), Rest, MVC) being an additional benefit.
5. Have the ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
6. Have good knowledge of test-driven development
7. Have an advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
