Job Summary: Belden's Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing regional targeted marketing campaigns that build awareness, influence decisions, and drive qualified leads to our (inside) sales team. This role reports to the regional Senior Growth Marketing Manager. Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement long-term campaign strategies to influence decision-making among new and existing customers. Manage the end-to-end process, including planning, launching, and monitoring regional marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation : Identify required content to support the campaign journey, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and effectively targeting audiences at the right stage of their buying journey.
- Regional Support : Oversee the development of region-specific materials to drive demand generation and support business growth.
- Collaboration and Consistency : Partner with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to execute campaigns effectively, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and processes.
- Audience Insights and ROI Optimization : Develop a deep understanding of audience behavior, analyze sales funnel performance, and collaborate closely with sales teams to address buyer intent. Establish formalized procedures for campaign testing, reporting, and improving ROI continuously.
- Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in the marketing field.
- Desired Abilities and Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Deep understanding of (online) marketing and tools/programs, such as Pardot, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
