While most vendors have 1-2 types of classes, ARDE has a diverse roster of over 15 enrichment programs, including Architecture, Acting, Dance, MUN, Martial Arts, Parkour, Chess, Soccer, and others. The company prides itself on selecting only the highest-rated programs and on recruiting the most experienced teachers. Our clients include some of the highest-rated private and public schools in America. Considering a fast-growing demand for quality enrichment programs, ARDE is presented with a great market opportunity for nationwide expansion. In 2025 ARDE is looking to bring its awesome programs to several new regions within the US. Role description: The role is ideal for well-rounded business professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit. A background in sales, recruitment, and staff scheduling management is a big plus. As a Partnerships Director, you will be engaged in all aspects of the business: strategic planning, lead generation, sales/marketing, scouting talented teachers, scheduling, fulfilment, account management, invoicing, etc. In essence, you will be running a US-based business remotely.
- In the Spring, you will mainly focus on sales/marketing.
- In the Summer, your main task would be scouting great teachers for the upcoming school year.
- In the Fall, you will be heavily involved in customer success/fulfilment/staff management.
- In the Winter, it is usually a mix of all of the above.

- Experience in customer success/fulfilment management is a big plus.
- Experience building and managing schedules of distributed on-the-ground teams is a plus.
- Experience working with schools is a plus.
- Experience managing part-time teaching staff is a big plus, but not a requirement.
- Proficiency with contemporary online CRM, project management, etc. tools is a plus.
- Setting sales/account retention goals and achieving them.
- Understanding of the sales management process.
- Understanding of the account management process.
- The number of schools you will be working with.
- The number of classes you will be providing in total.
- The number of students that will be enrolled in all the classes you manage.
- The rate per student you will be able to negotiate.
- Each Partnerships Director has the potential to manage accounts by themselves with a total of $150,000 - $400,000 in gross revenue per year. Beyond that gross revenue, you might need to hire help to assist you with the operational side.
- As a Partnerships Director, you can continue growing the business, within your territory, for many years, resulting in continued growth potential for you.
- Your business income will be a fixed 20% of the monthly gross revenue.
- Prospect and contact US schools during their business hours (typically 6PM-11PM SAST).
- Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations of our after-school programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in American schools.
- Navigate the US education system's buying cycles and decision-making processes.
- Track and report sales activities using our CRM system.
- Meet monthly sales targets and activity KPIs.
