- Account Management: Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Business Growth: Collaborate with customers to grow their business and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Data-Driven Expansion: Lead data-driven account farming to identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities
- Debt Collection Support: Assist with debt collection processes related to managed accounts
- CRM Updates: Maintain data accuracy and update customer profiles within the CRM system
- Client Reporting: Provide regular account updates and insights to key stakeholders
