Occupational Health Nurse Qualified Occ Health Nurse Location: Southwest Dublin Permanent Full Time Position Excellent Benefits Salary: CNM2 Grade Our client, an established Organisation in Dublin, is currently recruiting a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to work on site in the Dublin Southwest Area. - A recognised qualification in Occupational Health is essential for this role.
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMBI registration.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, empathy and listening skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills including time management with a proven track record of prioritizing key tasks and delivering to a high professional standard.
- Strong team member with proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years plus of experience in occupational health nursing.
Occupational Health Nurse Duties:
- Case management triage for all HR referrals, with OHN initial assessment and booking into OP diary. OP visits half day per week.
- Health surveillance – 2 yearly recalls.
- Vision assessment – annually.
- Work related injury follow up.
- First aiders manage onsite treatment. OHN supports only when requested by FA.
- Flu clinics annually.
- Nurse does all their own admin for all appointments.
