Senior Blockchain Engineer

Web3 Engineering Lead at Mighty Bear Games We are seeking a visionary and innovative Web3 Engineering Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of blockchain solutions. You will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of blockchain projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful integration of blockchain technologies into our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design Blockchain Solutions Lead the architecture and design of scalable and secure blockchain solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements. Design, develop, test, and optimize smart contracts on Ethereum or other EVM blockchain platforms. Ensure the efficient integration of blockchain solutions with existing systems by engaging with stakeholders regularly. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices. Strong Solidity experience, keeping up with emerging patterns like Account Abstraction and Proxies. 2+ years Solidity development experience. 4+ years Web frontend development using established frameworks (e.g. React, NextJS) OR 4+ years backend systems development using established frameworks (e.g. Java/Spring, Python/Flask). Strong understanding of Blockchain design patterns such as Tokens (ERC721, ERC1155, ERC20), Wallet types (EOAs vs Contract Wallets), and Proxy Contracts (Upgradable Contracts, Diamond Pattern). Experience working with web3 SaaS platforms (e.g. Alchemy, Graph, Infura). Experience working with Event Driven Design systems (Blockchains, Queue systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ). As a bonus, you would have: Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
