Job Description An excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Tester or Software Developer to join a growing Fintech company on a permanent basis. This is a fully remote role for a candidate based in Ireland. I am looking to speak to Testing Developers who would like to work closely with an expanding software development team in a growing Fintech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and ensuring that the software is functional and meets requirements. The Testing Developer will work with the development team to ensure the software meets the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement test plans for software development projects
  • Identify and report software defects and bugs
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the software meets the functional requirements and quality standards
  • Develop automated testing scripts and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor and analyze testing results to provide feedback and recommendations to the development team
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in testing and quality assurance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in designing and implementing test plans and test cases
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and scripting languages
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
