ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading, managing and supporting strategic marketing initiatives that help drive revenue and increase the visibility and recognition of Colorush in the Saudi market. The individual is expected to work closely with the Managing Partner and be proactive in identifying opportunities while also being responsive to the marketing needs of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities and revenue, negotiate pricing, and forecast sales revenue.
  2. Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
  3. Follow up with leads, establish relationships with potential new clients/partners, and arrange appointments to close deals.
  4. Promote Colorush at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  5. Handle all pitches and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and collaborate with the Managing Director on relevant industry opportunities.
  6. Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement Colorush’s annual Business Plan as it relates to marketing initiatives.
  7. Coordinate and conduct meetings with potential clients including agenda development and tracking action items.
  8. Assist with and conduct prep sessions for client and target client presentations as relates to new or additional work.
  9. Conduct market research, analyze trends and prepare forecasts to keep track of timely industry trend information.
  10. Propose new products/services development to Colorush.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 5-7 years of business development and marketing experience in professional services in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Excellent Arabic & English oral and written communication skills; client service orientation and “can do“ attitude; strong people skills; ability to work on multiple projects; and able to work both as part of a team and function independently.
  3. Background, Education, or Experience in Marketing is a must.
