Job Title: Sr Accountant with Cost Controlling Experience

F&B Division at Almoayed Ventures

Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting: Prepare company MIS reports and annual audit.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.
• Cost Savings: Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Purchasing Optimization: Collaborate with purchasing and culinary team to optimize procurement processes.
• Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Cost Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on cost analysis and budget performance.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Dynamics Navision: Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be preferred.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in Bahrain's F&B industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Time Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidate has experience in Microsoft Navision (not mandatory).
