We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant with over 5 years of experience to support and enhance SAP HCM solutions while leading new implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in maintaining and optimizing SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll) and will have hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance & Goals). This role involves providing ongoing system support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing current SAP HCM systems, as well as leading the full lifecycle of new SuccessFactors implementations. The consultant will work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to design solutions that align with business processes, ensuring a smooth integration and successful delivery. Duties and Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance & Optimization: Provide ongoing support for SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll), ensuring system stability and performance.
- Implementation of S4/ RISE and SuccessFactors
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to SAP HCM, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
- System Enhancements: Identify and implement system enhancements based on evolving business requirements, ensuring the system supports HR processes effectively.
- User Support & Training: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP HCM modules, offering guidance, training, and support to HR teams and end-users.
- Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage system upgrades, enhancements, and changes while minimizing disruption to business operations.
