About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Intern - Legal to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Actively engage in meticulous drafting, reviewing, and proofreading of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Participate in legal document review sessions for feedback and improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain an efficient document management system.
Assist in company secretarial matters to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Handle tasks related to compliance documentation and regulatory submissions.
Engage in essential corporate governance activities.
Collaborate with the company secretary to maintain up-to-date records.
Contribute to policy revision meetings and discussions.
Prepare accurate meeting minutes and resolutions.
Actively collaborate with the legal team to foster a synergistic work environment.

About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law with a focus on Legal.
Previous internship or experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
Project Management Skills
Detail oriented
