Property Consultant – Salary + Commission Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission About RGP Properties RGP Properties is a premier real estate brokerage specializing in luxury property sales, rentals, and investments across Dubai. We provide our agents with fresh leads, strong marketing support, and access to exclusive property listings to help them succeed. We are looking for a Property Consultant with at least 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai who is driven, client-focused, and eager to grow in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients and provide expert property consultations.
Conduct property viewings, present listings, and close sales or leasing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and new project launches.
Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring smooth transactions.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market).
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills .
Fluent in English (mandatory); French, Arabic, or Persian is a plus.
RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred).
