JASARA is looking for a dedicated QA/QC Senior Manager to spearhead our quality assurance and quality control efforts. In this key role, you will be responsible for establishing quality standards and ensuring compliance throughout our projects. You will lead a team of QA/QC professionals, conducting inspections, audits, and providing oversight to guarantee that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. As our ideal candidate, you will have an in-depth understanding of quality management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating quality risks. Key Responsibilities

Establish and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC specialists to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Oversee and conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing projects.
Ensure strict compliance with local and international quality standards and regulations.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to define quality objectives.
Review quality documentation and reports to validate project conformity.
Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices in quality management.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 20 years of experience in QA/QC management, particularly within the construction sector.
Strong understanding of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Quality management certifications are a plus.
Established track record with PMC and Main Contractors would be a suitable background.
Construction project experience from inception through to finishes/fit out would be preferred.
Construction, PMC, or Main Contractors will be preferred.
