Job Description: Operations Manager Marketplace & Driver Operations We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our Marketplace and Driver Operations . In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring balance in our supply-demand marketplace and helping to optimize the experience for our driver partners. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations

  • Monitor and analyze real-time supply and demand metrics to ensure optimal marketplace balance.
  • Implement strategies to reduce ride cancellations, improve service availability, and optimize pricing algorithms.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to identify trends, solve operational inefficiencies, and support growth initiatives.
  • Support the rollout and scaling of promotions, dynamic pricing, and marketplace adjustments to maximize revenue and improve rider/driver satisfaction.
Driver Operations
  • Assist in driver acquisition efforts, including onboarding, training, and compliance checks.
  • Engage with driver partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing excellent support and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Execute retention and engagement initiatives, such as reward programs, surveys, and communication campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline driver-facing processes and improve the driver experience.
Operational Excellence
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for operational improvements.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in driver and marketplace workflows, proposing scalable solutions.
  • Participate in local and regional projects to test and implement new operational strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with driver partners and internal teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding innovative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Previous experience in the ridesharing, logistics, or gig economy sectors is an advantage but not required.
