Job Description: Operations Manager Marketplace & Driver Operations We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our Marketplace and Driver Operations . In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring balance in our supply-demand marketplace and helping to optimize the experience for our driver partners. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations
- Monitor and analyze real-time supply and demand metrics to ensure optimal marketplace balance.
- Implement strategies to reduce ride cancellations, improve service availability, and optimize pricing algorithms.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to identify trends, solve operational inefficiencies, and support growth initiatives.
- Support the rollout and scaling of promotions, dynamic pricing, and marketplace adjustments to maximize revenue and improve rider/driver satisfaction.
- Assist in driver acquisition efforts, including onboarding, training, and compliance checks.
- Engage with driver partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing excellent support and timely resolution to their queries.
- Execute retention and engagement initiatives, such as reward programs, surveys, and communication campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline driver-facing processes and improve the driver experience.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for operational improvements.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in driver and marketplace workflows, proposing scalable solutions.
- Participate in local and regional projects to test and implement new operational strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with driver partners and internal teams.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Previous experience in the ridesharing, logistics, or gig economy sectors is an advantage but not required.
