The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Assisting in recording the accounting transactions in accounting software provided by the clients, mainly related to purchases.
Reconciling the suppliers ledger statements on a regular basis.
Preparing and analyzing AP related reports and analysis.
Assisting the line manager in preparing the clients' financial statements for the client and management on a monthly basis.
Ensuring that daily targets are met for each client in terms of recording the transactions with accuracy.
Ensuring that the accounting entries are correct under IFRS and any other applicable law.
Assisting the Tax manager in preparing tax returns for clients and providing all accounting data required for tax filings.
Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
Providing regular updates to management regarding the status of work done for clients.
Maintaining the time record of each staff member and work done for each client.
Planning with the staff member on the visits of each client once a week or as per the commitment as per engagement.
Ensuring that the reports are shared with the clients as per the agreed scope of work.
Completing any other tasks given by the line manager.

Person Specification:

Must have any professional degree: ACCA, CA, CPA.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in the AP function will have an additional advantage.
Must have a UAE Driving License.
Must be in UAE for a face-to-face interview.
Must have good knowledge of MS Excel.
Must be able to join immediately.
