We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our CNS team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform the design and development of our products. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for user-centric design principles. Responsibilities:
- User Research: Plan and conduct user research activities, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, and user testing, to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Data Analysis: Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for design and development teams. Create and maintain user personas to represent different user segments, ensuring a deep understanding of user motivations and goals. Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user research into the design and development process.
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of prototypes and products.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analyses to identify industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation.
- User Journey Mapping: Develop user journey maps to visualize and communicate user interactions and touchpoints across various channels.
- Feedback Collection: Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing user feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of products.
- Advocacy: Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization, fostering a user-centered culture.
- Bachelor's in Information Science.
- 4 years experience in the related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher in a product development environment.
- Experience with MIRO and the usual MS office suite.
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in using tools such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
