Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide expert legal advice on contract law and related legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor contract solutions to their needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience specializing in contract law.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
