Job details
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Secondary School, Intermediate School, Any Graduation
- Nationality: Any
- Meet & greet the customer who visits the consulate.
- Assist customers when token numbers are called and direct the customer accordingly.
- Print required documents (as and when required by the client) and scan the barcodes of the tokens.
- Any administrative tasks assigned by the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and the Consulate.
- Language Proficiency in English and Farsi is a must.
- Educational Qualification to a Level of Higher Secondary/High School (passed).
- Preferred candidate from the Hospitality industry.
- Should be a highly motivated candidate.
- Should be a Team Player.
- Can adapt to new people, new places, and new situations.
