We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Blue Collar Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding blue-collar workers, ensuring an efficient hiring process while meeting the company's workforce needs. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for blue-collar roles such as drivers, warehouse staff, and delivery personnel.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with the hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws during the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with manpower agencies and other recruitment partners.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company.
- Gender Nationality: Female, Indian (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar roles and the challenges in recruiting for these positions.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
