We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage the construction phase of our oil and gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management within the oil and gas industry and a proven ability to lead large-scale projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  3. Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  5. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  6. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  7. Prepare and present construction progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management within the oil and gas EPC industry, including minimum 5 years in GCC region
  3. Must have at least 5 years of experience in similar position for international Oil and Gas projects.
