Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Partner Relations Executive located in Dubai. As a Partner Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve fostering strong partnerships, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive mutual success.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in partner relations, account management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
