Responsibilities

  • Steward the delivery of Portfolio/Project within schedule/Budget, with due focus on internal/external stakeholders requirements/satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive customer relationship, fostering and enhancing relationship management with open, honest and effective communications.
  • Establishing Work Orders WBS Structure and alignment of proposals & CTR development with an emphasis on scope development.
  • Ensure interface management, liaising with the Client's Engineering, Operations and Maintenance staff from inception till close out.
  • Establish Project performance evaluation mechanism/KPIs baseline schedule/PMS/Dashboards and regular updates of the same.
  • Review/Input Financial Reports: Monthly Cost Reports, monitoring of expenditures (VOWD/WIP), Estimate to complete (ETC).
  • Ensure Engineering/Procurement/Construction are being executed as per the schedule/budget.
  • Liaison with Engineering disciplines/Document Controls for generation & maintenance of Deliverable Register (MDR).
  • Oversee LLI procurements (MR/TBEs/vendor docs/delivery) are being done as per plan & budgets.
  • Establish excellent working relationship with construction contractors in country, ensure adequate reporting mechanisms are in place.
  • Identify potential Risks associated, flag those for impact assessment and explore mitigatory measures.
  • Review & approve progress reports/Milestone invoices from various vendors and endorse to register it in the system.
  • Coordinate preparation/submission of Final Documentation Dossier.
  • Prepare of Project Close out report/Secure approvals and handing over.
  • Manage resourcing trends/forecasts across the portfolio and address re-allocation/mobilization requirements upfront.
  • Generate contracting and tendering strategies/plan, Coordinate/Assist ITT preps, Administer Bid evaluation process.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations maintain a continued alignment with overall corporate policy, strategy, and direction.
  • Interactions with the project sponsor/customer, regularly reviews and reports project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/customer.
  • Support in recruitment, selection, and development of talent, ensuring performance standards to achieve continuous performance improvement.
  • Assist leadership and peers to improve delivery performance/Recognize customer needs beyond the immediate scope and maximize delivery opportunities throughout wider business where required.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualification in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 15+ years project engineering experience in the oil and gas industries.
  • Professional Accreditation from recognized institute (preferable).
  • Middle East Experience (Preferable).
