As the Design Technical Lead - Hospitality , you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the technical design aspects of high-profile hospitality projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing hospitality spaces that align with luxury brand standards. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Lead the technical design process for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team, ensuring excellence in delivery.
Act as the primary technical liaison between internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

Design Development:

Oversee the development of detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
Review and approve design documentation to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with the project vision.
Collaborate with the creative design team to translate conceptual designs into actionable technical solutions.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Ensure all designs adhere to safety, sustainability, and hospitality industry standards.
Conduct regular site visits and technical reviews to monitor project progress and resolve design-related challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and external consultants to align design objectives with broader project goals.
Facilitate effective communication between design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on hospitality projects.
Proven track record of delivering luxury hospitality projects from concept to completion.
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in the UAE.
Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
