Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency, identifying issues before they escalate.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or broken parts to prolong equipment lifespan.
- Install new HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, and providing customized solutions based on client needs.
- Calibrate thermostats and controls to enhance system functionality and occupant comfort, adapting settings based on seasonal demands.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quick resolution of HVAC issues.
- Educate clients on proper HVAC system use and maintenance to empower them in optimizing their energy consumption and system longevity.
- Document service calls and maintenance activities accurately to maintain comprehensive records for future reference and client transparency.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating new techniques and tools into daily practice.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless installation and repair processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices to minimize workplace hazards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates should be a Diploma Holder.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in Facilities Management in UAE.
- Candidates should have experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
