We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Blue Collar Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding blue-collar workers, ensuring an efficient hiring process while meeting the company's workforce needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for blue-collar roles such as drivers, warehouse staff, and delivery personnel.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with the hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws during the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with manpower agencies and other recruitment partners.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company.
Requirements
  • Gender Nationality: Female, Indian (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of blue-collar roles and the challenges in recruiting for these positions.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
