ABOUT THIS ROLE We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our platform ads campaigns including Amazon. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies and data-driven ad optimization techniques to drive revenue and brand visibility on e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership: Responsible for day-to-day ad operations on marketplaces including Amazon.
  • Campaign Measurement and Digital Strategy: Analyze trends, performance, and optimize the campaigns while adjusting budget, bids, and strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Ecom sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM) to align goals, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to all internal stakeholders regularly.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools (Amazon Pi, Helium, etc.) to generate actionable insights and enhance campaign performance.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on marketplace ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, also evaluate full funnel numbers against competition and category benchmarks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in ad strategies.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years proven experience in managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon.in, Flipkart, etc.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon ads platforms including Search and DSP ads.
  • Expertise in utilizing analytical tools like Helium, Amazon Pi, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative advertising strategies and overcome challenges in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns and achieving performance goals.
  • Passion for technology, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends with a keen interest in staying updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and marketing strategy, negotiations, and execution - awareness + performance. Have worked on Amazon ads.
  • Strong understanding of customer cohorts and ability to identify target audiences.
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language will be a plus.
