Job Purpose Responsible for executing all activities within the Governance, Policy & Insurance Compliance function in addition to ensuring that all Functions are in compliance with the set policies, procedures & DOA transactions.
- Endorse the upcoming digital transformation initiatives aligned to company goals and business.
- Ensure that the execution process is smooth and flexible in delivering the digital transformation plan.
- Conceptualizing and Custodian of Product Vision, Product Roadmap of All Digital Platforms of the Group.
- Manage Projects related to all Digital/Business Transformation Initiatives Across Groups Business Verticals That Drives Organization Operational/Marketing Efficiency, New Tech Capability Building & Demonstrates Continual Improvements.
- Designing the Migration Concept from a legacy environment to the targeted business/ function.
- Recommending and delivering a migration path that meets the affiliates and business areas current and future needs through an end-to-end perspective.
- Ensuring user engagement via provision of trainings, communication and value creation.
- Lead & manage Digital/Business Transformation Team in areas of Process Excellence, Product Management, Go to Market Blueprint & Project Implementation.
- Work Across Process Design, Product, Technology, Operations Functions to Drive Problem Solving and Tracking of Outcomes Basis Success Metrics/Deliverables.
- Drive Project Management / Product Solution Initiatives Through e2e Cycle (Problem Concept - Requirements - Prioritization - Tech Solutioning -Development - Launch - Scaleup)
- Leadership/Stakeholder Management Influence Senior Leaders/Business Heads to Get Buy-ins, Work with Cross-Functional/Matrix Teams to Drive Strategic Initiatives.
- Lead Financial Planning and Budget Management of All Digital Initiative Projects.
- Driving adoption of various Digital Platforms, Handholding Group's Business Vertical Digital Marketing Teams in Campaign Creation, Execution & Performance Tracking.
- Guiding & Handholding Business Marketing Team in Making Cohesive Integrated Strategic & Measurable Digital Marketing Plans to Drive in Mall Consumption & Revenue maximization.
- A University degree in Information Technology is must.
- Project design and management qualification Prince 2 or Agile.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Program management, Digital transformation & Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM, Website, Apps, Loyalty Program, Omni channel project implementation & management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing transformation strategies and supporting implementation plans.
- Extensive knowledge of IT project planning and management practices.
