Position Title: Guest Relations Officer - Emiratization Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known restaurant group with unique concepts across Middle East. Job Description:
- Welcome and assist guests professionally while addressing their needs and resolving complaints promptly.
- Oversee seating arrangements, manage reservations, and maintain a guest history database to ensure personalized service.
- Coordinate between the kitchen, service team, and guests to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Support restaurant management with daily operations.
- 30 years old and below
