Infrastructure & Networking Section Head - Riyadh

Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation and operations of all technology infrastructures which includes data center, network and server services, telephony, service monitoring, user support/help desk, workstation management, servers, Backup, storage, and related software etc.
  2. Works with Head of IT to establish standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure, including network, access rights, and develop policies & standards are integrated into the overall strategy and plans.
  3. Managing and administrating Centralized Antivirus system, RADIUS/WSUS/File and Print Servers, etc.
  4. Managing and administrating MS 365 system suite including MS exchange, MS Intune, MS defender, MS purview.
  5. Installation and management of Windows 2016/2012/2008/Linux servers & Client Operating systems.
  6. Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures.
  7. Installs, configures, and supports new and existing servers and network infrastructure.
  8. Conducts testing and analysis of all components of network and server infrastructure components.
  9. Setting up active directory, group policy, users& group, WSUS, Terminal Services and security management.
  10. Strong knowledge in security firewalls like Net screen Juniper/Fortinet UTM etc.
  11. Providing Technical recommendation of purchasing hardware, software and system maintenance needed to operate the network, servers, and desktop PCs.
  12. Ensure all IT Services Management issues are properly recorded, resolved, and escalated to the proper support team members.
  13. Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation, and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company's requirements and expectations.
  14. Ensure identification of issues, incidents are responded in a timely manner, and entered into the Service Desk.
  15. Administering the day-to-day operation of the IT services and handling system security.
  16. Capture daily, weekly, and monthly service desk metrics, document analysis and implement corrective actions, as necessary, assist the IT Director with the preparation of IT Budget and objectives.
  17. Oversees and install complex software for PCs Maintenance, management, and software delivery systems, creating Install packages and system updates.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. 5 years of experience as an IT services Specialist including MS 365.
  2. Knowledge of Systems & IT Datacenter management, AWS, SAP BASIS.
  3. BSc Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  4. Professional Certificate: (MSCE, VMWARE, CCNA & ITIL v3 Certified).
