This role is responsible for leading product strategy, development, and launch of new products and services, build and execute Bespin's services portfolio to meet customer needs, foster business growth, and maintain a competitive edge. Job Accountabilities:

Ensure that the product and services align with the overall strategic objectives and vision of Bespin Global.
Manage and maintain the company's product & services portfolio, identify opportunities to grow the portfolio to foster business growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for cloud-based products, from concept ideation to successful launch.
Drive the architectural design of the product, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in cloud environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful development, launch, and continuous improvement of new products and services.
Set clear product goals, identify, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback and market demands.
Create a go-to-market strategy to successfully launch new products and lead successful execution of this plan across functional teams, sales, and partners.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product roadmap and innovation.
Act as the product and business subject matter expert for cloud products and services and provide support to sales, customer success, and other internal teams.
Define pricing and packaging strategies for products during the product development and launch period, ensuring they are both competitive and profitable.
Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance existing pricing strategies during the product lifecycle to align prices with the latest market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales team to conduct win-loss analysis, enhance the service offerings to stay competitive and drive the adoption of newly launched services of Bespin.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
Analyse financial metrics related to the product and services, such as revenue growth, profit margins, and customer acquisition costs.
Assess the financial viability and sustainability of the current offerings.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or any engineering or technology field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in the product management field.
Experience in Product Development & Management, Partner Management.
Experience working in a Cloud MSP environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in Managed and Professional services, Digital Transformation, Cloud Migrations.
Experience in building and Managing Services Portfolio.
Familiarity with Vendor Management, sales processes, Pricing and Contract management, Legal, CRM, Knowledge of partner portals.
Fair understanding of financial principles, ability to prepare and present a commercial business case to Senior Management.
