Role Overview: We’re looking for a talented AI Automation Developer to design, build, and implement smart automation solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop AI-driven processes, and ensure seamless integration into our systems. What You'll Do:

1. Develop & Deploy AI Solutions: Design and implement AI models, frameworks, and automation tools to optimize business processes.
2. Integrate Automation Tools: Work with platforms like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), UiPath, or other AI-based RPA tools to create intelligent workflows.
3. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
4. Enhance Efficiency: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend AI-powered optimizations.
5. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with AI and automation trends, integrating the latest technologies into your work.

1. Experience: 3+ years in AI development, automation engineering, or a similar role.
2. Technical Skills:
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Laravel, or R.
4. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
5. Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
6. Knowledge of APIs and webhooks for system integration.
7. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative automation solutions.
8. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
