Job Description: Plumbing Foreman Position: Plumbing Foreman Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Company: MAP Vision General Contracting LLC About Us: MAP Vision General Contracting LLC is a renowned contracting company specializing in MEP services and infrastructure projects in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead and manage plumbing teams on-site, ensuring that all installations and systems meet the required standards and project timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers and helpers on-site.
• Plan, organize, and assign daily tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively on-site.
• Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for plumbing work.
• Enforce safety measures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report progress, challenges, and updates to the Project Manager or site management team.

• Diploma or Certification in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 3 years as a Foreman .
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with UAE plumbing codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing tools and equipment.
