Job Purpose:
The Product Officer role is to primarily support the Product Manager for Liabilities & Bancassurance products in achieving the business objectives for each product.Other Skills Required for the Job:
- Analytical: Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
- Product Management: Assists in the development of product plans and policies; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget; supports project team activities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English written and spoken.
- Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts the success of the team above own interests; supports everyone's effort to succeed.
- Planning/Organizing and Control: Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently.
- Leadership & Decision-Making Skills:
- Relationship Management Skills: Managing partners (where applicable) to obtain the best available services and pricing for the Bank.
