Seddiqi Holding is a family-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and brands across numerous sectors. The business includes Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services, and Mizzen. We are looking for a Payroll Executive who will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees across the group. This role involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining payroll records, and providing support for payroll-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll for all employees within the group on a timely and accurate basis.
  2. Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Handle payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
  4. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  5. Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  6. Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a group company or a large organization.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  6. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
