As a Consultant Cardiologist (Transplant/Heart Failure), you will play a vital role in providing specialized cardiac care to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various heart conditions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and evaluations for patients with heart failure and transplant conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and monitor the progress of patients undergoing heart transplant or heart failure management.
- Perform advanced diagnostic testing, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations.
- Collaborate with other medical specialists to coordinate and provide comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiac conditions.
- Supervise and mentor junior physicians, fellows and medical students in clinical practice and research activities.
- Contribute to research initiatives and participate in conferences and scientific meetings to share learnings and enhance knowledge.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Cardiology with subspecialty training in Transplant and Heart Failure.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable hospital or medical facility.
- Proficient in performing advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Exceptional communication and bedside manner, with the ability to build strong rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are advantageous.
- Must be Western-trained.
