The HR Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the Human Resources functions across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong corporate background, capable of managing HR operations for multiple sectors or subsidiaries within a group holding. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to set strategic directions, establish company policies, and handle a large team while ensuring HR operations run efficiently across different business units. Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across all business units. Regularly update policies to stay compliant with changing regulations and organizational needs.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee complex HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management. Ensure all HR functions are executed seamlessly across different subsidiaries.
  3. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Monitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all HR operations adhere to legal standards. Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and compliance in employee records.
  4. Employee Relations and Support: Lead efforts to address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and support conflict resolution processes. Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and engagement.
  5. Team Leadership and Development: Manage a large HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Facilitate training and professional development for team members to drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
  6. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve efficiencies. Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  7. Setting KPIs and Performance Management: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR functions, including payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Track and report on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Strong background in corporate HR, with experience managing HR operations across multiple sectors or subsidiaries within a group holding.
  2. Demonstrated ability to establish HR policies, set KPIs, and drive compliance.
  3. Proven experience managing large teams and handling complex HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  4. In-depth understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, labor laws, and employee relations.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes for efficiency.
  6. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team.
