BSCS or equivalent degree from a reputed institution. Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of PC Components and technical naming conventions.
- Working Knowledge of PC Software.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint MS Office Products.
- Setup Client Services meetings, take notes and post appropriately.
- Must be accurate and have attention to detail, track and meet deadlines.
- Maintains and distributes reports on PC refresh data, PC Leasing schedules/buy-out data and PC asset information.
- Primary coordinator for PC refresh and leasing schedules, working with IT, Procurement and Business teams.
- Ensures monthly business communication reports are completed and distributed to CSS teams.
- Primary IT contact for provisioning activities, attending weekly meetings and ensuring all Client Services assigned tasks are completed.
- Participates in process improvement efforts.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for PC Data and associated initiatives.
- Participates in process improvement efforts.
- Serves as a project team member for initiatives related to provisioning and Client Services.
