Settlement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the processing of derivatives transactions and ensure accurate execution.
• Collaborate with traders and brokers for timely trade confirmations.
• Oversee daily reconciliations of trades and positions, resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare relevant reports for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with IT on system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a settlement role within financial services.
• Familiarity with Clearstream and Euroclear platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of securities, fixed income, and derivatives is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
