A Private Healthcare Provider in Berkshire is seeking a proactive Quality Lead to drive best practices, ensure regulatory compliance (CQC, NHSE), and continuously elevate healthcare standards. This onsite role is perfect for someone passionate about quality improvement, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient care. Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, onsite in Berkshire Salary: £40,000 per annum Key Responsibilities:

• Champion quality and compliance across a 141-bed secure mental health service
• Lead audits, action plans, and data analysis to drive meaningful improvements
• Develop and deliver training, ensuring alignment with external regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with senior leaders on Quality Improvement Plans and contractual reporting
• Manage and mentor a Quality & Compliance Coordinator
