Paralegal - Real Estate / Corporate(M&A)

Our customer, a UK-based law firm is seeking Paralegals with experience in either Real Estate or Corporate (M&A) law for a permanent role to join thier legal team in Birmingham. The role will require a combination of office and remote work, with three days per week in the office in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal research, document preparation, and review for corporate (M&A) or real estate transactions.
- Support senior lawyers in the management of client matters, ensuring efficient progress and coordination of tasks.
- Draft and manage the preparation of standard legal documents and contracts related to real estate or corporate transactions.
- Maintain and organize case files, keeping them up to date and ensuring that all relevant documentation is correctly filed.
- Liaise with clients and other external parties to obtain necessary information and assist in the transaction process.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including the review of documents and preparing summaries.
- Provide general administrative and legal support to senior lawyers as required.
- Support the team with various legal and transactional tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and the highest quality of service is provided.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a private practice environment.
- Strong background in either Corporate (M&A) or Real Estate law, with hands-on experience in either area.
- Experience supporting senior lawyers with complex transactions.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and client service.
