Role Overview As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and guidance. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with experience in financial services, particularly within the mortgage or loan industry. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with queries relating to mortgages, loans, and related financial products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience working within Banking
- Proven experience working within a contact centre environment
- Experience with: Savings, lending, mortgages, retail banking
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
