BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPER - 1 YEAR CONTRACT - OUTSIDE IR35 About the Role: My client, a technical consultancy are seeking an experienced Blockchain Developer to join their client’s dynamic team for a 1-year contract. This is a fully remote role; however, you must be based in the UK. You will work on exciting projects, develop secure blockchain solutions, and help drive innovation in the cryptocurrency sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain blockchain-based applications and smart contracts.
- Optimize and enhance blockchain protocols and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct security assessments and implement best practices to protect blockchain systems.
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
- Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer, ideally within the cryptocurrency space.
- Strong programming skills in Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or similar.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
- Ability to create secure and efficient smart contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with DeFi projects or dApps.
- Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions, zero-knowledge proofs, or NFTs.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
- Work with a leading cryptocurrency client shaping the future of finance.
