Your Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Security, you will play an individual contributor role for one of the most exciting tech driven firms globally. As a network security engineer you will manage the full network security from gathering requirements, implement robust solutions, and ensure the security of the cutting-edge trading infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- You will design, coordinate, and implement security controls, audit configurations, and design networks in a hybrid compute environment
- You will assess, troubleshoot, and configure firewalls and VPNs
- You will automate security operational tasks where appropriate.
- Proven experience in network security architecture, implementation, and support.
- Deep understanding of Firewalls – Palo preferred
- Strong understanding of Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP)
- Basic proficiency in Automation, Python preferred
- Desire to learn and enhance your current security knowledge
